Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is a process in which we
work one on one achieve your personal
goals. We do this in a safe, supportive and
encouraging environment. We will typically
meet one on one for 45 minutes of therapy
each week.
Consultation
An initial consultation will give us the opportunity to discuss your concerns, get to know a little about
each other and discuss how you will benefit from therapy. A simple consulation may be all you need to
resolve the problem or at least get pointed in the right direction.
Assessment
An accurate assessment of the causes of the
problem are the first step towards making
positive changes. If a problem is not
accurately assessed it may actually get
worse rather than better. I will take the time
to fully understand the underlying causes of
the problem so we can solve the problem
correctly the first time.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy consists of several clients
and I meeting at the same time to discuss
something they all have in common. Group
therapy can be very helpful as it gives you a
chance to see how others are improving their
lives and gain the support of others working
towards goals as you. It is also more cost
effective and can give you a chance to
practice the skills you are learning with
others in a safe, supportive environment.
Seminars
I enjoy giving talks on a variety of topics
including Anxiety, Parenting, Substance Abuse
and Depression. Many of these talks consist of
a one hour discussion on the topic followed by
questions from the audience. However, other
seminars are a series of talks. During these
talks we meet once per week for two hours
over the course of several weeks. These
seminars are a very cost effective way to get a
great deal of information about a topic you are
interested in. Feel free to call or email to be
